Our team was hired to fabricate a laboratory filter testbed. The product specifications required Stainless Steel parts and a watertight seal at each potential point of failure. The pieces had to be sized to meet watertight requirements and be fully functional for testing within a short period.
Many manufacturers require fabrication for prototypes and testing production theories, typically based on estimated workflow and production volume. Our team is capable of meeting or exceeding the provided specifications.
The stainless welds required watertight seals to avoid pressurized leakage. Most of the pieces were prebuilt to guarantee specifications and simplify the welding process.
All parts were measured, cut, and pieced together to ensure product flow during filtered testing. Once they were fully functional and fit according to specifications, the watertight welding process locked them in place.
